Sean Sinkfield

Sean was born in August 1971. Raised in Maple Grove MN and graduated from Osseo Sr. High. He spent a number of years in the flooring industry doing installation. Always the handyman doing home projects and helping out who ever needs work done. He has a degree in Culinary Arts and spent time honing his craft in France. These things have given him an eye for detail and finish.

Sean is an avid fisherman and music lover with over 200 concerts under his belt. He is a student of life and always hoping to learn something new every day.

Jacob Martin

Jacob was born in Minneapolis, MN. He graduated from South High School in Minneapolis in 1997. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1999 to 2003 reaching the rank of Sergeant. He worked for Asbestos Abatement Associates from 2002 to 2015 as an Operations Manager. He held licenses as an Asbestos Site Supervisor, Asbestos Inspector, Lead Site Supervisor, Lead Inspector and Air Sampling Certificate. He was employed with the City of Minneapolis from 2015 t0 2017 as an Housing Inspector II. He completed the Building Inspection Technology course at North Hennepin Community College in 2016-2017. He then was employed with the City of Mounds View from 2017 to 2020 as an Housing/Code/Fire Inspector. Jacob obtained his Limited Building Official License in 2017 and Certified Fire Inspector I in 2018. Jacob also recently started a residential construction company in 2021.

Jeff Wilson

I was a High School Teacher for 31 years teaching an On the Job Training Program for twenty-one years and PE for the last 10.  I coached football, baseball and golf along with working the weight room.  In the summers I did general small renovation work.

I have been married to Sharon for 40 years and have three boys and 6 grandchildren.  My hobbies are spending time with the family/friends, fishing, golf and collecting antique bottles.

Kevin Krawiecki

Kevin grew up in Alexandria, MN where he played hockey and enjoyed outdoor activities, like camping, wakeboarding, and biking. He graduated from University of Minnesota Duluth in 2010, and moved to the twin cities in 2012. Here he worked as a concrete laborer and carpenter, joining the RC Fields team as an inspector in the summer of 2020

Shelley Nelson

I have worked for various companies as administrative support for over 25 years. I take pride in customer service and making sure everyone’s experience is a positive one with RC Fields Home Inspections.

I am married with 4 children. I am a Military mom, one son in the Army National Guard and one in the Navy.  My favorite pastime is spending time at our family cabin, fishing, scrapbooking, exploring the great outdoors and experiencing new places. I enjoy traveling with either my husband or girlfriends and look forward to the next adventure.
