Education has always been an intricate part of our philosophy at RC Fields. We feel that one of the most important parts of the inspection experience is that the Buyers and Sellers walk away from the inspection process with a clear and confident understanding of the information that was just presented to them.

We make it our goal to not only recover and report any deficiencies that the home may have, but to educate everyone involved as to what they mean and the importance of why they deserve attention.

Our homes are living and breathing things and it is our job to listen to what they have to say so that we can translate that information into a language that everyone can understand. By taking the time necessary to educate everyone involved, we feel that anyone can learn to “speak house”. 

As part of our continued effort to share our knowledge of the Home Inspection process, we now offer State Certified CE Courses to Real Estate Agents. With a focus on Home Inspections, we cover topics like:

• How to manage a Home Inspection
• Radon in Real Estate transactions
• Basics of Heating Systems

It is our school of thought that the more educated you are as a Professional Real Estate Agent, not only will you be better equipped to guide your clients through their transactions, but throughout your career.
